General Information

Pre-Conference: Wednesday & Thursday, November 5-6
Attendees must pay a separate fee for each Pre-Conference Workshop. The fee is $175/TFG members, $200/non-members for the Thursday one-day workshops, and $350/TFG members, $400/non-members for the two-day workshop with Al Wallace. This fee includes lunch and breaks. Workshops begin at 8:30 AM.

We are offering several tours. The North Haven Barn Tour on Thursday, Nov. 6, will cost $75. For the tour at the Center for Furniture Craftsmanship in Rockport, we ask that you indicate if you want to attend either Wed., Nov. 5th at 3 PM or Thurs., Nov. 6 at 3 PM.

Main Conference: Friday - Sunday, November 7-9
Full Conference fees include all seminars Friday through Sunday and meals and breaks from breakfast on Friday through breakfast on Sunday, but no lodging. Commuter rates include meals and breaks on the day attending.

  • TFG Member: $400, Non-member: $475
    Add $50 for late registration after Oct. 11
  • Spouse (or child over 12): $350

  • Child aged 6-12: $150
    Commuter - one day:
  • TFG Member: $225, Non-member: $250
  • Spouse (or child over 12): $200
  • Child aged 6-12: $75

Rates include all applicable taxes and gratuities. All prices are quoted in US dollars and payment must be made in US dollars. Canadians registering by check should add "US" after the dollar amount on their checks.

Scholarships
Scholarships to attend the Conference are available for Guild members and their families. Application guidelines are at: www.tfguild.org/scholarship.html. We will send you a confirmation packet with additional information upon receipt of your registration. Questions? Call 413-623-9926

Room Reservations
Lodging is not included in your conference fee and must be booked with the hotel directly. Call the hotel at 800-341-1650 and mention the Timber Framers to get the Guild's special rates.

Standard room rates are $114/night single or double occupancy plus tax, and include either ocean or garden views. Ocean view suites with a separate living room/sleeper sofa are $265/night plus tax.

Conference fee cancellation and refund policy:
Cancellations received prior to October 11th: 75% refunded
Cancellations received from October 11th-25th: 50% refunded
Cancellations received on or after October 26th: 0% refunded.

Continuing Education Units for architects and engineers are available for many of the seminars. Contact our office for details.
