General Information

Pre-Conference: Thursday, November 6
Note that the Main Conference fee is not included with pre-Conference tuitions. Tuition for all pre-Conference workshops is $175/day for TFG members ($200/day for non-TFG members), including lunch and breaks; all fees are in U.S. dollars.

The Forklift (morning) and Aerial Lift (afternoon) Certification Workshops are also $175/day for TFG members ($200/day for non-TFG members), including lunch and breaks. But you may sign up for only one of these half-day workshops for $90 each ($110 for non-TFG members), including lunch and break. Workshops begin at 8:30 AM unless otherwise stated.

Main Conference: Friday - Sunday, November 6-8
Full Conference fees include all seminars Friday through Sunday and meals and breaks from breakfast on Friday through breakfast on Sunday, but no lodging. Commuter rates include meals and breaks on the day attending. Those attending the Pre-Conference Workshops pay a separate fee that includes lunch and breaks. Rates include all applicable taxes and gratuities.

The spouse rate is also for children over 12, and is the same whether they attend the conference or not. Children aged 6-12 pay $150 for meals for the weekend, or $75 per day. Children under 6 years old eat for free.

MAIN CONFERENCE REGISTRATION RATES

  • TFG Member: $400, Non-member: $475
    Add $50 for late registration after Sept. 26
  • Spouse (or child over 12): $350
    Add $50 for late registration after Sept. 26
  • Child aged 6-12: $150
    Commuter - one day:
  • TFG Member: $225, Non-member: $250
  • Spouse (or child over 12): $200
  • Child aged 6-12: $75

Rates include all applicable taxes and gratuities. All prices are quoted in US dollars and payment must be made in US dollars. Canadians registering by check should add "US" after the dollar amount on their checks.

Scholarships
Scholarships to attend the Conference are available for Guild members and their families. Application guidelines are at: www.tfguild.org/scholarship.html. We will send you a confirmation packet with additional information upon receipt of your registration. Questions? Call 413-623-9926

Room Reservations
Lodging is not included in your conference fee and must be booked with the hotel directly. Call the hotel at 888-999-4711 or 518-584-4000 and mention the Timber Framers Guild to get our special rates. Standard room rates are $149/night single or double occupancy ($164/night triple or quad) plus tax. Please book your room by October 4th to be sure of getting this rate. Conference fee cancellation and refund policy:
Cancellations received prior to October 10th: 75% refunded
Cancellations received from October 11th-24th: 50% refunded
Cancellations received on or after October 25th: 0% refunded.

Continuing Education Units for architects and engineers are available for many of the seminars. Contact our office for details.
