Guest rooms have private bath, scenic forest or marine views, and are clustered in 28 quaint lodges. Many rooms feature fireplaces, balconies or private decks. All rooms are non-smoking and do not have TVs or telephones. Wireless Internet is in the hotel lobby. We will assign you a roommate if you wish to share a room.

Each hotel room features hardwood floors, rustic California furnishings and private baths, and their size and quantity of beds vary from one single bed to two double beds. Sorry! Sold Out.
  • Standard - $180 single, $110 double, $85 triple or more. Standard rooms are more contemporary than the historic rooms and include a private bathroom and shower. Some also have a patio or balcony, and some feature a fireplace.

Check-in: 3 PM; Check-out: Noon.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION
The Main Conference fee includes admission to all presentations and activities beginning Thursday evening April 12th through Sunday morning, April 15th. Meals and housing are not included and must be reserved separately below.

You must be pre-registered with the Guild (using the Conference Registration Form) as a Conference attendee before you will be able to pick up your room key and meal ticket at the Asilomar desk. No one may reserve a room from the Guild's room block without being registered for the Conference as well.

Your housing reservation includes daily Park Use fees and three full course meals per day beginning with dinner on Thursday night and ending with lunch on Sunday. Commuter rates for those staying off-site include lunch and dinner on that day. All room reservations must be done through the Guild, not through Asilomar.

Pre-Conference Workshop fees do not include meals, which are included with your room if you stay at Asilomar. Pre-Conference Workshop Commuters may purchase individual meal tickets at Asilomar on the day of the Event (or bring your own lunch) and will be subject to an $8.75 State Park Use fee.

Scholarships to attend the Conference are available for Guild members. Application guidelines are at www.tfguild.org/scholarship.html.
