Use of TFG Logo By Individuals or Companies

The Timber Framers Guild is comprised of individual members. There are no company members of the TFG. The TFG logo as a stand-alone image is not appropriate for use on company letterheads, promotional materials, business cards, and the like. However, use of language such as "supporter of the Timber Framers Guild" along with the logo is acceptable.

The Guild will contact companies not in compliance with this policy to advise them of the current policy. It is not the Guild’s intent to enforce or litigate compliance. An explanation of this policy will be included with the membership renewal materials.

adopted Feb. 9 2001

No words or images may be contained within the TFG logo nor overlap nor merge with it. It should not be integrated into an illustration, cartoon, or other symbol or logo. It may not be redrawn, reconstructed, or modified in any way. If you are in doubt, just ask.
