This restored and updated historic 1850’s farmhouse is just 9 miles from Heartwood School. His & Hers Farm has four guest rooms, each with its own private bathroom. All guest rooms are uniquely decorated and have modern amenities. There is free WIFI and internet TV in all rooms, complimentary coffee, tea, soft drinks, and bottled water. We have four rooms at our inn. Two suites (Sleep up to 4 guests) and 2 rooms that fit up to 2 guests. Also on our property, we have 2 cottages that sleep up to 6 guests and a farmhouse. (The farmhouse sleeps 8 guests total) Breakfast is included for guests staying inside the inn. Guests who stay inside our cottages have full-size kitchens, so we just provide a homemade baked good upon arrival. We recently added the option to add breakfast for cottages and that is $25 per person per day for breakfast.

We have 3 bedrooms, each with 2 twin beds, 1 shared bath, and a common room upstairs. The upstairs is for renters and then everyone shares the rest of the house, including the kitchen, living room, dining room, and breakfast room. We have a separate bed and bath on the first floor. We have two friendly dogs, all of our guests love them. There is a separate refrigerator just for guests and otherwise, everyone shares the rest of the kitchen contents. There’s plenty of parking. 10 - 15 minutes from Pratt Road in Alstead.

Separate sleeping accommodation above the garage, house access not available. We don't have a total stand-alone apartment, but we have some nice semi-separate accommodations and we are right down the road from the Pratt Rd shop. (1 mile away). Our room has electricity and a double bed, no kitchen or running water. Toaster, microwave, and small refrigerator available. There is an outside hot water shower (chilly in November but still nice to shower outside for those who are inclined - it may be possible to shower at Heartwood School immediately before or after class). There is an outside composting toilet (a 30-second walk from the garage.) No Dogs and No smoking. A step above camping for sure! (Especially in the cooler months)
