Timber Frame Production Team Members

Davis Frame Company is a custom timber frame and conventional panelized walls company in Claremont, New Hampshire. We are looking for experienced Journeymen Carpenters/Timber Framers to join our team. Positions work indoors year-round and no weekends! Candidate to possess math skills, ability to read plans, good verbal communication skills, and be able to meet the physical demands and fast pace while adhering to all safety protocols. Ability to work independently with little to no supervision. Must be able to safely lift 50 pounds without issue or concern. Responsibilities include meeting all deadlines and bringing jobs to completion within set quality control guidelines. Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience for journeyman and 1 year experience in general carpentry for apprentice. We offer a competitive salary working 40 hours per week; eligibility for benefits after 90 days of employment, including medical, supplemental plans, holidays, paid sick/personal time, and vacation time after 6 months of employment.
