Scott Ratterman

Eclipse Engineering, Branch Manager

Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, Scott Ratterman, P.E., moved west to go to college. He has a BS in Civil Engineering from Gonzaga University. Scott has been with Eclipse Engineering for more than 10 years where his current role is Group Director of the Portland, Oregon, office and he is a Principal. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in 19 states. Eclipse Engineering has been a member of the Timber Framer’s Guild since 2015 and Scott attended his first conference in 2018 at Timberline near Mt. Hood. His biggest passion outside of his career is music; Scott earned a minor in jazz performance on the upright bass during undergrad and has played hundreds of gigs on both upright and electric bass. He also likes to spend countless hours of his life playing golf while still not being anywhere close to a scratch golfer.
