Community Building Project partner Greenbelt Land Trust (https://greenbeltlandtrust.org/) has named the Timber Framers Guild its Partner of the Year for 2025.
In September, Guild members traveled to Corvallis, Oregon, to build a new pavilion for the land trust at Bald Hill Farm, a 587-acre living laboratory of ecological restoration as well as a working farm. This property is part of the 1,600-acre Bald Hill complex managed by Greenbelt Land Trust, the City of Corvallis, and Benton County. The complex welcomes tens of thousands of visitors annually.
President Autumn Peterson will be attending the land trust’s annual meeting on March 5 in Corvallis to accept the award on behalf of the Guild. Greenbelt Land Trust has also invited any interested Guild members to attend the event and enjoy an evening of community and celebration with their members and supporters.
