Wanted: Timber Framers & Skilled Carpenters

We’re a custom timber frame and panelized wall shop in Claremont, NH, and we’re looking for experienced timber framers and carpenters to join our crew. If you’ve spent time laying out, cutting, and fitting frames, and you care about doing the work right, we’d like to talk to you.

This is indoor, year-round shop work. No weekends. Steady hours. Solid projects.

The Work

• Build custom timber frames and panelized wall systems
• Layout, cut, and assemble custom timber frames
• Traditional and modern joinery
• Read shop drawings and plans
• Work safely and keep quality high
• Take jobs from start to finish

What We’re Looking For

• Timber framing experience or Carpentry experience (shop or field)
• Good layout and measuring skills
• Comfortable reading plans
• Able to work on your own without being babysat
• Can safely lift 50 lbs
• Shows up on time and works well with others

Schedule & Pay

• Full-time, 40 hours/week (4 ten-hour days)
• Overtime available at times
• Competitive pay based on experience
