To keep our members informed, the Guild produces a quarterly technical journal (TIMBER FRAMING), a member magazine (Scantlings), and an emailed newsletter (Fresh Cuts). We also maintain a Facebook page, an Instagram account, and an active community discussion group comprised of timber frame enthusiasts from around the globe.
An index to TIMBER FRAMING is updated annually. You can find the index HERE.
Want to contribute to Scantlings? We are always looking for great articles, feature pieces, and member news. Contact Allison in the Guild office for information about deadlines and content guidelines.
If you are interested in advertising in our publications, please see this rate sheet.
Many Guild publications are available for free download - simply click "Archives" to view and download back issues of Timber Framing and Scantlings. Hard copies of some issues are available for purchase; contact the Guild office to buy one.
