Timber Frame Fundamentals Class
Held in the Solar Building, Saturday afternoon all day, going through Sunday. This is great for beginners! We’ll be cutting a 12x16’ king post truss frame that will be auctioned off at this event. We’ll show you basic square rule layout and proper cutting of standard joints with both power and hand tools, scribing small round logs to square pieces for the braces, letter carving, etc. Sunday we go over raising and rigging fundamentals.
