Timber Frame HQ is hiring a Finance & Operations Coordinator to own financial systems and operational processes for our fully remote timber framing company. You'll manage accounts receivable/payable across multiple platforms, process billing for custom design projects, maintain e-commerce pricing and inventory, and support customer operations.
We're looking for someone with 2+ years of bookkeeping experience, strong proficiency with software, and a growth mindset—you want responsibility but understand it's earned through execution.
